How and Why NOKIA failed::=
NOKIA was established in Finland in 1865. Nokia was one of the biggest until the release of Android and IOS based software. Nokia was first brought up a telephonic company called Mobira,in which it started selling its telecom devices. Nokia introduced first car phone in 1982 called Nokia Mobira Senator, the phone was weighing about 10kgs and in the year 1984 nokia introduced a talkman called Nokia Mobira Talkman ,it was the first transportable phone, it was weighing about 5kgs. and in the year 1987 Nokia introduced Nokia Mobira Cityman which was weighing only 800gms and then onwards Nokia's production increased very fast.
In the year 1991 The Prime minister of Finland Harri Holkeri he was the first person on the world who made a first GSM call with Nokia phone . Nokia 2100 series launched in 1994, it was the first feature phone. Nokia expected to sell 4,00,000 units but they sold 2 crore units. Nokia beat the Motorola company and became the world's No1 mobile company, out of 50 handsets the top 20 handsets were of Nokia.
In 2005 Nokia became the most famous mobile selling brand and later on in the American and European countries Android and Google phone's were launched, side by side Nokia's production started decreasing and in India and China Samsung and Motorola flip phones came into the market. Then Nokia company realized that world does not depend on hardware and started depending on software, and the software strength of Nokia had fully decreased.
In the market the new companies like Samsung, LG and HTC started producing the new type of android mobile phones, by seeing this Nokia left 1000 employees in Finland. In the year 2010 Nokia changed their CEO and the new CEO was Stephen Elop and Nokia once again started rebuilding their empire and started manufacturing mobile phones with Microsoft and people started saying that Nokia changed in the wrong direction and people started neglecting Nokia company mobile phones . This became the main reason for the failure of the Nokia company.
